Tell us what you want to see and when. We arrange it with the seller or the sales office, and someone from our desk can come with you.
What we can actually do
The note is the part worth having. An agent who wants the deal will not tell you the lift lobby is unfinished or that the sample flat is not the unit on offer.
Common questions
Is the accompanied visit free?
Yes. We are paid by the seller side on a closed deal, so there is no charge for the visit whether or not you buy.
Can I visit an under-construction project?
Usually yes, with the developer's permission and a hard hat. Worth doing — a sample flat tells you about the finishes and nothing about the building.
What should I look for?
On a ready property: water pressure, damp on the ceiling below bathrooms, lift maintenance records, and whether the maintenance figure quoted matches the last receipt. Our note covers all of these.
How do I stop the calls?
Tell the person who rings, or reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us. It takes effect immediately and does not need a reason.
