Will agents call me?
Not through us. Your number is released only to buyers our desk has spoken to. We do not sell owner contact details, which is the business model most listing portals actually run on.
What if I already listed elsewhere?
That is fine and very common. Nothing here is exclusive and you can take the listing down at any time without asking.
What paperwork do you need?
To verify ownership: the sale deed or allotment letter, and a photo ID. For the listing to be badged verified we also want the latest maintenance receipt and, where relevant, the occupancy certificate.
How do I stop the calls?
Tell the person who rings, or reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us. It takes effect immediately and does not need a reason.
