Common questions
Do I need RERA registration?
Yes. We do not onboard unregistered agents, because the badge on a partner listing has to mean something.
How is commission paid?
On a published schedule after the deal closes and the developer or seller has paid us. 5% TDS is deducted as required, and the deduction appears on your statement.
How do I stop the calls?
Tell the person who rings, or reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us. It takes effect immediately and does not need a reason.
