What we can actually do
The last figure is the one worth reading. A portal can only show you what has been listed. A desk can ring the owner of the flat you liked in a building where nothing is currently for sale.
Common questions
Is this free?
Yes, for buyers and tenants. We are paid a commission by the seller or the developer when a deal closes, which is disclosed on the deal sheet before you sign anything. You never pay us a fee for being shown property.
How many people will call me?
One. Your requirement is assigned to a single relationship manager for the localities you named, and it is not circulated to a panel of agents. If you would rather deal with someone else, say so and we will reassign it.
Will my number be given to builders?
No. Enquiries made through this site stay with our desk. When you decide you want to visit a project we arrange it — the developer gets your name at that point because they need it for the visit, not before.
What if my budget is not realistic?
We will tell you, on the first call, with the rate data for the localities you asked about. It is a more useful conversation than sending you a shortlist you cannot afford, and it is why we ask for a range rather than a number.
How do I stop the calls?
Tell the person who rings, or reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us. It takes effect immediately and does not need a reason.
